Gators Favored Over Alabama in SEC Championship Game

The Florida Gators opened up as 5.5 point favorites over the Crimson Tide of Alabama for the SEC Championship game.  This game will be played December 5th.

What Does the Point Spread History Show about the SEC Title Game?
Since Urban Meyer became the head coach of the Florida Gators, his teams have played in two previous SEC Title games.  In last year's contest (also against Alabama), the Gators entered the game a ten point favorite and won 31-20.  In 2006, Florida faced Arkansas as a three point favorite and took that game 38-28.

Look for an article by the middle of the week that will break down the top five intangibles of this game.

As Tony told you in a previous article, I am going back to my preseason prediction and taking the Gators in this game 21-13.
